Anthony Bergen joins Cold Mountain Capital as CFO

Cold Mountain Capital, LLC, a U.S. private equity and management firm, has announced the appointment of Anthony “Tony” Bergen, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.

David Nolletti, Cold Mountain co-founder and chief executive officer stated:

His technical skills and broad experience base make him a perfect fit for the job and to contribute in all aspects of Cold Mountain’s business process from deal sourcing to diligence, operational improvement, and investment realization. Before Cold Mountain Capital, Bergen spent several years working for Cold Mountain’s sister company, Stony Point Group, Inc. He also served as chief financial officer of TECT Power, a Stony Point affiliate and middle market manufacturer of turbine engine components. Before his time at TECT Power, Bergen worked as a director at Glass & Associates, later Huron Consulting, focused on middle market corporate renewal. Bergen has a bachelor’s degree from Upsala College and an MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University.
