The new portal will offer enhanced visibility on support consumption, a dynamic knowledge base and improved issue reporting resulting in a tailored and premium tool set.

Over the last six months, the product delivery team embarked on a ground-up re-development of NetRefer 5.0 using the latest technologies. A long term product road map has been created to facilitate this with the aim to provide better integration to both clients and third parties with the overall aim of having a truly unified performance marketing platform.

Group CEO and Founder, Raphael Arnold commented: “The new office in Chiswick Park brings us closer to our clients whether based in the UK or via the extensive travel links. To support the changes and overseas expansion, we’ve embraced a roll out of a company wide campaign entitled ‘LET’S EXPLORE A BETTER WAY’ which is not only about us as a business but more importantly about our clients and how best we can support them in order to achieve even greater successes.”
