NZX appoints Graham Law as Chief Financial Officer

The NZX Ltd (NZE:NZX) announced the appointment of Graham Law as Chief Financial Officer, effective 27 November 2017.

Graham Law is an experienced senior executive with almost 25 years’ experience in the financial and professional services sectors in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Law is currently Head of Finance at the Accident Compensation Corporation, and was previously the Managing Director at AMP Capital Limited, where he also held the role of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the corporate and fund accounting teams.

Prior to AMP Capital, Graham Law spent 14 years at EY where he held the role of Assurance Executive Director for six years, performing a client servicing role responsible for the provision of its assurance and transaction advisory support services to a range of clients.

Graham Law’s areas of expertise also include strategic leadership, corporate governance, and risk and financial management. Graham is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Graham’s appointment follows the resignation of Bevan Miller.
