Monex Group announces changes in management

Monex Group, Inc. announced changes in management, personnel and organization of Monex, Inc. (TYO:8698), its wholly owned subsidiary.

The Management Changes are effective January 1, 2018 and include:

• Nozomi Takasaki – Managing Director
  Senior Executive Director (Johmu)
• Satoshi Hasuo – Managing Director
  Senior Executive Director (Johmu)
• Takuya Yamanaka – Senior Executive Director (Johmu)

Monex, Inc. will also make the following organizational changes effective January 1, 2018:

• Planning Department will be renamed to Corporate Planning Department,
• Marketing Department under Sales Division will be split into Sales Planning Department and Marketing Department, and
• Establish Operations Department and transfer a part of functions from Operations Systems Department, Operations Division.
