The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has just issued a warning to a company called SME International.

The regulator has received copies of marketing material published by SME that falsely claims the company is licensed and regulated in New Zealand and associated with a New Zealand incorporated company.
A representative of the New Zealand company has confirmed that it does not provide financial services and is not associated with the activities of the website www.sme-international.com.
