Reason for warning:
Greenfields Capital is not incorporated in New Zealand and is not registered on the Financial Service Providers Register.
The FMA has received a complaint from a New Zealand investor about unreasonable or unexplained withholding of client funds by Greenfields.
The FMA has also noted recent warnings by several foreign regulators in relation to Greenfields Capital.
