Hellenic Bank Ltd renounces CySEC license

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that, on 15th March 2017, the Cyprus Investment Firm Hellenic Bank (Investments) Ltd renounced its authorization pursuant to section 24(1)(b) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2007.

As stated in the renouncement letter of the Company, which provided investment services via the domain www.hbi.hellenicbank.com, its authorization with Νumber 004/03 lapses as from 15th of March 2017.

It is noted that, in accordance with section 25(4) of the Law, the Company remains under the supervision of the CySEC until it settles its obligations arising from the investment services or/and activities that will lapse.
