FSC Mauritius warns against Skye Trade Cooperative


Mauritius financial regulator the Financial Services Commission (FSC) has announced that a licence was purportedly issued with the licence number 216/13 on 06 March 2012 in the name of Cynthia Johnson Loan Company International and Skye Trade Cooperative (which is licensed as B.O Tradefinancials Ltd).

The entities are claiming to hold a Category 2 Global Business Licence pursuant to Section 72(6) of the Financial Services Act.

The FSC Mauritius has informed the public that B.O Tradefinancials Ltd, Cynthia Johnson Loan Company International and Skye Trade Cooperative are not and have not at any time been licensed by the FSC Mauritius.
