The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has just announced that, on 9th October 2018, the Company Providing Administrative Services Midland Consult Cyprus Ltd (the ‘Company’), waived its authorisation pursuant to section 16 of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, as in force (the ‘Law’).
Therefore, the Company’s authorisation with Νumber 22/196, which was granted by CySEC, lapsed as from the aforementioned date and CySEC has permanently deleted Midland Consult Cyprus Ltd from the Register.
It is noted that, in accordance with section 16(4) of the Law, the Company remains under the supervision of CySEC until its compliance with any of its outstanding obligations.
The Company continues its activity in the field of providing administrative services as an eligible person under the supervision of The Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Cyprus (ICPAC).
