Broadridge Financial Solutions has partnered with sustainability software firm Novisto to launch a data management and reporting platform.
Broadridge Partners With Novisto on Data Management and Reporting Platform
The platform is designed to help companies meet the growing global demand for sustainability disclosures.
The collaboration combines Novisto’s advanced sustainability reporting technology with Broadridge’s established issuer services, which support over 3,400 U.S. public companies.
Broadridge and Novisto said they will deliver a “unique market-leading suite of solutions” that creates a one-stop shop for sustainability data management, peer benchmarking, and strategic consulting.
The end-to-end offering is designed to simplify the process of collecting, analyzing, auditing, and reporting sustainability data.
“With continued focus from investors and regulators globally on sustainable business models, it’s imperative that companies implement effective means to capture, analyse, and report on material sustainability data,” said Ryan Wade, general manager of Broadridge’s corporate issuer division.
Novisto CEO Charles Assaf said: “Novisto’s technological prowess in the sustainability reporting space, combined with Broadridge’s trusted expertise and transformative data and technology, sets a powerful precedent for streamlining corporate reporting processes.”
The partnership comes amid rising regulatory momentum. According to the IFRS Foundation, 30 jurisdictions were working to implement ISSB sustainability standards by late 2024.
