After releasing its low equity and bond indices volumes for the month of June, the Moscow Exchange (MOEX) has announced the launch of the futures contract on Aeroflot ordinary shares (ticker: AFLT).
The shares will begin trading on 13 July 2017 (Thursday).
The contract lot is 100 shares. ALOR+ acts as a market maker. The contract series with settlement in September and December 2017 is available for trading.
Trading volumes in futures contracts on Russian shares was RUB 1.6 trillion in H1 2017. 22 futures on the most liquid Russian shares currently trade on the Moscow Exchange Derivatives Market.
