CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) announced it plans to list options on Blue Apron Holdings, Inc. (APRN), a meal-kit delivery service.
CBOE Holdings anticipates trading in options on Blue Apron will begin on Monday, July 10, at Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and C2 Options Exchange (C2), once the underlying stock has been certified as meeting all of CBOE Holdings’ applicable exchanges’ listing criteria.
CBOE Holdings plans to list Blue Apron options on its BZX Options and EDGX Options exchanges on Tuesday, July 11.
Underlying shares of Class A common stock of Blue Apron began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Thursday, June 29, after an initial public offering on Wednesday, June 28, in which they were priced at $10 a share.
The Designated Primary Market Maker (DPM) for options on Blue Apron at CBOE is expected to be Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
