SIRIN LABS, the creator of the blockchain smartphone, has announced its most recent partnership with Coinduck.
Coinduck, an in-house venture created by Chain Partners, is the cryptocurrency payment service provider, enabling Ethereum coins for offline payments at 1,000 stores in Korea since its inception in 2018. For the first time, consumers can pay with ETH token from a safe and secure cold wallet, with the ETH token on Finney itself.
For South Koreans, the future of crypto-payments is not as far fetched as it may seem for their counterparts. As one of the largest economies in the world, it’s no surprise that two-thirds of the biggest exchanges call Korea home. With so much cryptocurrency being traded, spent, and stored, there has to be a way for the next generation of crypto spenders to access their crypto-portfolios. Enter SIRIN LABS, the creator of the first blockchain smartphone Finney, that will launch this month. Coinduck can offer a mobile, and secure way to expedite the token economy whilst encouraging people to pay in stores with cryptocurrency.
We’re excited to partner with SIRIN LABS, the company that is allowing people to carry cryptocurrency safely and on-hand,” said Min-Sub Shin, CEO of Coinduck. “In partnering with such a company, we’re able to make crypto-payments convenient while allowing people to pay with FIAT currency.
We believe that this partnership will help offer the everyday user easy access to the cryptomarket,” described CEO of SIRIN LABS Zvika Landau. “We’re really excited to offer 1,000 stores in Korea, the power to pay with SRN before the end of 2018 on our much anticipated Finney Phone.
