Binary Options broker Vogel Capital gets warning from Sweden’s Finansinspektionen

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority Finansinspektionen (FI) just informed that persons claiming to represent Vogel Capital are offering Swedish investors to trade with securities in terms of binary options.

FI has investigated the matter and has not been able to determine that Vogel Capital is a going concern. Vogel Capital / Commercial Support LP is neither authorised by FI to conduct securities business or other financial services in Sweden nor under FI’s supervision.

FI has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries. Vogel Capital / Commercial Support LP is also not authorised to provide financial services according to the supervisory authority of the country in which the company claims to be domiciled.

FI warns investors and others about doing business with firms that are not authorised to offer financial services. The list of companies authorised to offer financial services can be found at under Company Register.
