The company revealed that Tim Clarke, currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committees, will take over as Senior Independent Director upon Joss’s resignation.
The board added that it is nearing the conclusion of an external recruitment process to identify Joss’s successor.
Fintel expects to make a formal appointment before the AGM. The incoming director will also assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
Commenting on the change, Phil Smith, Non-Executive Chair of Fintel, said: “It has been a pleasure to work with Imogen since joining the Board, and subsequently taking the Chair of the business in May 2023.
“This period has been very significant for Fintel’s strategic progress, and Imogen has been a full contributor to our agenda. We are sorry to lose her from our Board table, but we wish her well for the future.
