Worldline unveiled a reshuffle of its executive leadership as it embarks on a transformation strategy aimed at restoring growth and cash flow generation.
Worldline Reshuffles Management Team
Madalena Cascais Tomé, former CEO of SIBS, will join as Head of Financial Services from October 1. She replaces Alessandro Baroni, who is departing the company.
Anika Grant, previously the Chief People Officer at Ubisoft and an HR executive at Uber, will assume the role of Chief People Officer, effective September 1, succeeding Florence Gallois.
Srikanth Seshadri, a veteran of Alstom with international finance experience, will become Chief Financial Officer on September 8, succeeding Gregory Lambertie.
CEO Pierre-Antoine Vacheron said the appointments form a “renewed, international, diverse and compact management team,” united by a mandate to “transform Worldline with the same sentiment of urgency” and reposition it as the European partner of choice in payments.
The appointments follow recent leadership changes, including the addition of Paul Marriott-Clarke as Head of Merchant Services and Candice Dillon as Group CTO. The new executive committee will comprise nine members.
The announcement came alongside Worldline’s H1 2025 results, which highlighted the group’s ongoing challenges.
Revenue fell 3.4% organically year-on-year to €2.2 billion, with adjusted EBITDA at €401 million and free cash flow at €40 million. A €4.1 billion asset impairment was recognised to reflect the scale of the company’s transformation plans.
For FY 2025, Worldline expects a low-single digit organic revenue decline, adjusted EBITDA of €825–875 million, and neutral free cash flow at the mid-point of guidance.
