New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has recently added another name to its list of unregulated firms. The latest addition is the company Ashwood Holdings Limited.
According to the regulator, Ashwood Holding Limited and www.ashwoodholdingsltd.com could be involved in a scam which is associated with Grace Investment, Regal Investment, and Duke Valentines Limited.
It is operating from a false address: 34/F, Central Plaza, 18 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong; and using the name of “Ashwood Holdings Limited”.
It is not known whether the website and Ashwood Holdings Limited is associated with a Hong Kong registered company with the same name.
