Fasanara Capital, an asset manager specialising in fintech-driven investments and private credit, announced a strategic partnership with Clearstream on Wednesday.
Fasanara Capital Partners with Clearstream to Boost Private Market Fund Distribution
Clearstream said in a press release that the collaboration aims to significantly scale Fasanara Capital’s private market fund distribution by leveraging Clearstream’s global network.
The partnership is said to address key challenges in the private markets, known for their complexities and limited transparency.
Through the partnership with Clearstream, Fasanara Capital gains access to a network spanning over 50 countries and more than 450 distribution partners.
This is expected to ensure seamless investor connectivity and accelerate its market expansion.
Clearstream’s Vestima platform, which holds €4 trillion in assets under custody, is expected to support Fasanara Capital, thanks to its efficient fund execution, settlement, and crucial liquidity support.
The collaboration is designed to streamline investor onboarding, optimise compliance processes, and reduce operational complexities, enabling Fasanara Capital to effectively scale its private asset strategies.
John McKenzie, Director of Client Solutions at Fasanara Capital, commented, “Partnering with Clearstream helps us expand access to our private credit strategies in a more efficient and scalable way.”
He added that by streamlining distribution and operations, they can better connect with investors and maintain focus on delivering innovative tech-enabled investment solutions.
The integration of Clearstream’s automated KYC, KYD, and AML frameworks is said to provide a cost-efficient and scalable solution for fund distribution.
