A follow-up to LeapRate’s report about DMM FX Australia experiencing network issues…
The Australian Forex broker issued a couple of updates on the matter today, with the first one saying it was working on a solution and the second one stating that it has found one, albeit temporary. Clients that are experiencing difficulties accessing the brokerage services are encouraged to contact its customer support for a guidance through the troubleshooting process.
The broker promises further announcement once service has been fully restored.
Yesterday, DMM FX Australia informed its clients of intermittent network issues that could impact client login to its MT4 trading servers and client portal. The news of the problems were released shortly after another ASIC-regulated FX broker, AxiTrader, reported of MT4 and website outages.
