Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBOE) announced that it has welcomed new issuer Salt Financial, a provider of data, ETF and index products, to the Cboe ETF Marketplace.
The Salt truBeta™ High Exposure ETF (Cboe: SLT) is passively managed and the strategy targets magnified exposure to large and mid-cap stocks across a broad range of sectors, without using derivatives or borrowing. The underlying index, of approximately 100 large- and mid-captalization U.S. listed stocks, is optimized for liquidity, equally weighted, sector capped, and rebalances quarterly.
Laura Morrison, Senior Vice President, Global Head of Listings, said:
A significant measure of any market is the quality and competitiveness of the participants it attracts and we are delighted to welcome Salt Financial to the Cboe ETF Marketplace.
Their pioneering spirit and focus on what is truly important to end investors makes them an ideal partner and we hope this will be the first of many ETFs they choose to list with Cboe.
We designed SLT to be a cash-efficient portfolio construction tool that can be used by retail and institutional investors alike,” added Tony Barchetto, Founder and Chief Investment Officer, Salt Financial.
As of April 30, 2018, Cboe has 268 ETPs listed on its U.S. market from 52 issuers.
