Paysafe reports Affiliate data display problems

Digital payment solutions provider Paysafe Group Plc (LSE:PAYS) has reported that it is currently experiencing a data display issue within its Affiliate reporting feature.

As a result, incorrect data is being displayed or in some cases, no data at all for Paysafe partners looking at their accounts.

Paysafe did note that actual affiliate tracking is not affected by this issue, and that the company is working with its service provider to resolve this as soon as possible.

Paysafe operates the NETELLER and Skrill online payment brands, very popular among many online businesses.

The following email was distributed today to all Paysafe affiliates:

Dear Paysafe Partner,

We are currently experiencing a data display issue within our Affiliate reporting feature. As a result, incorrect data is being displayed or in some cases, no data at all. Your tracking is not affected by this issue.

We are working with our service provider to resolve this as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide further updates as soon as we have them. Our message of the day section will be used to provide you with real time updates.
