Rapidly expanding retail FX broker IronFX has established offices in most regions across the world during the course of the last two years, however international presence in a wide variety of regions on planet earth clearly does not serve to constrain the company, as it is now embarking on intergalactic ventures.
The very first IronFX intergalactic trading competition is set to take place with participants will compete for the opportunity to experience space flight on board a Virgin Atlantic spaceship.
The dream prize is worth a not inconsiderable $250,000, and is accompanied by the precedent-setting accolade of being “The First FX Trader in Space,”, as no person or entity has ever experienced trading among the stars. This feat would even usurp the antics of Anton Kreil, the former Goldman Sachs trader, who had been touting his plans to set a world record by executing the first trade in space, yet has achieved his mission thus far.
In order to enter the competition, traders need to register, which can be done by clicking here.
Upon registration, traders can familiarize themselves with the full terms and conditions of this incredible contest. The registration for the intergalactic competition is open from September 1, 2014 until December 31, 2014, with the contest itself to start on September 15, 2014, and to conclude on December 31, 2014.
The top performer gets to fly in space but the runners-up will also have substantial gain to look forward to, as IronFX will be giving them some actual cash prizes. Specifically, 100 runners-up will receive up to $5,000.
The unique live trading competition fits into the efforts of many businesses to tap space tourism and explore new niches. In June 2013, PayPal presented PayPal Galactic, its system for payments in space. Maybe the winner of IronFX’s competition will actually use this payment system, as Forex turns science fiction into reality.
