Exness makes improvements to client registration process

Exness reports record trading volumes

Retail forex broker Exness announced a new set of major improvements to its registration process for its international clients. Note that the changes have no impact on the registration processes of Exness (Cy) Ltd and Exness Europe Limited which are regulated and supervised by CySEC and the FCA respectively. The improvements are scheduled to be implemented on June 10, 2017.

The first improvement is a new URL for Exness’ main registration page, which will join its existing set of URLs. Clients can now reach the main registration page by just adding /signup at the end of the Exness domain they are using.

The second improvement is that the information provided in the Personal Area (PA) will be simplified to include name, email, phone number, and password. In addition, a valid POI needs to be provided.

This will further simplify and speed up the first part of the registration process. Additional customer data will be requested depending on the payment options used. Such data include, but is not limited to, address, POR, nationality and financial profile. Exness will also be introducing email notifications to update clients on their document verification status. This way, clients will receive emails when their documents are uploaded, rejected, and approved.

Furthermore, these notifications will all be sent in the client’s PA language and include a detailed rejection reason (if applicable).

Using a partner link for introducing new clients will not be changed at all. In light of Exness’ new URL, you can now add /signup/a/%partner_link% at the end of the Exness domain they are using to direct customers to the new registration page.
