Spanish regulator CNMV started this week with a list of whole four warnings against online trading sites.
The names of the companies are:
- Solidarity Markets, as per https://solidarymarkets.com/
- Stockscall, as per https://www.stockscall.com/
- ClickBanca as per https://www.clickbanca.es/ and
- FB-One as per https://www.fb-one.com/en/
CNMV warns that the websites stated above are not authorised to provide the investment services detailed in Article 140 of the Securities Markets
Law, or provide the auxiliary services, which includes investment advice or any transactions on foreign currency.
