MOEX to acquire up to 20% of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
At its meeting on 27 September, the Supervisory Board of Moscow Exchange (MOEX) resolved to expand its strategic partnership with the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) and approved the acquisition of an equity stake in the company.
