At an EGM held today, shareholders of the advertising software company gave their consent for the appointment of Barak Salomon and Ofir Gomeh as independent non-executive directors.

The advertising software company, which recently had a successful IPO on the AIM market, has scheduled a meeting for September 7th, to get the approval of its shareholders on the proposed appointments.
