Belize’s IFSC issues warning against binary options broker YieldOptions for forged license

Belize financial regulator the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) has issued a warning against binary options broker YieldOptions, owned and operated by HSBO Capital Ltd.

According to the IFSC, YieldOptions is fraudulently claiming to hold a license for trading in financial and commodity-based derivative instruments and other securities, issued by the Samoa International Financial Authority.

The Licence No. IFSC/60/241/TS/14 carrying its name and purporting to be signed by Mr. Gian C. Gandhi, the former Director General of International Financial Services Commission of Belize is a complete forgery.

The IFSC warns with regards to this to take note and exercise extreme caution.
