Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has updated its Alert List, adding to it one more Forex broker which has been seeking to attract Hong Kong investors without having the necessary authorization to do so.
The latest addition to the Alert List is Kaiser Brokers Group Limited, offering its services via www.kaiserbrokers.com. The brokerage is providing online trading services to retail clients, with its website having versions in English and Chinese.
The company gives two addresses:
- 24th Floor, China Resources Building, 26 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
- Level 10 ,55 Shortland Street, Auckland City, New Zealand.
The SFC notes that the brokerage is not located at the above Hong Kong address and it is not licensed to provide investment services to Hong Kong residents.
