Robinhood UK Launches Stocks & Shares ISA

Robinhood UK has launched a stocks and shares ISA, marking its first entry into one of Britain’s most widely used investment products.

The offering combines zero platform fees, commission-free trading and low foreign-exchange charges with a 2% cash bonus on new eligible ISA contributions made before 5 April 2026.

The company said the new account is designed to remove the complexity and costs that often deter savers from investing.

UK customers will have access to around 5,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ADRs, with whole and fractional share trading available. FX fees are set at 0.10% per trade during U.S. market hours.

Robinhood explained that the ISA can be opened either in-app or online, and users can transfer existing ISAs from other providers.

A built-in tracker is said to allow investors to monitor contributions across tax years, helping them stay within annual allowance limits.

The platform will also include Cortex Digests, Robinhood’s AI-generated market context tool, providing near real-time updates on stock movements. Further AI-driven tools are planned for the UK later in the year.

“Investing should be rewarding, not costly,” commented Jordan Sinclair, President of Robinhood UK. He added that the new ISA aims to “change the way the UK invests” by reshaping incentives in a market that has long been burdened by fees and outdated systems.

The launch forms part of Robinhood’s wider push to build a global financial ecosystem and expand retail investor participation in UK markets.
