Binary Options platform and brokerage group TechFinancials Inc (LON:TECH) has announced that an amendment has been made to its Earnings per share for the six months ended 30 June 2016 released on 12 September 2016.
The Earnings per share had been based on the total comprehensive income (US$1.252m) and this has been corrected to be based on the profit attributable to the owners of the Company (US$0.448m), and the weighted average number of shares for the six month period ended 30 June 2016 has been corrected from 66,537,105 to 68,628,222. As a result the correct number is US$0.0065 and not US$0.0188 as previously stated.
