Forex software provider Spotware, maker of the cTrader ECN platform, and Cyprus-based FX Prime Broker TopFX announced that they have joined forces to offer each others’ clients their respective solutions. cTrader clients will now have the option of accessing TopFX’s aggregated FX feed from 12 Tier-1 banks. And TopFX’s brokerage clients can incorporate the cTrader and cAlgo platforms into their service offering, as well as cTrader Web, the web-based version of Spotware’s manual trading platform.
cTrader’s main client to date is FxPro, a member of LeapRate’s Approved List of global FX brokerages, and the largest Cyprus-based FX firm.
Liquidity options for FX brokerage firms have been expanding rapidly, with more banks offering FX market making services via an expanding number of Forex ECNs, as well as the growth of institutional markers such as Lucid Markets, which was recently acquired by FXCM.
