RoboForex today sent an email blast notifying clients that starting on Monday, November 30th 2015, the Currenex Viking Trader trading platform and Viking ECN-Pro NDD accounts will no longer be supported.
By 6PM (EET) November 27th 2015, all clients, who trade on Viking ECN-Pro NDD accounts have to:
- Close all open positions (otherwise, they will be closed compulsory at the latest market price for the instrument(s) available at 5:59 PM (EET) November 27th 2015).
- Transfer all funds to other trading accounts (otherwise, they will be transferred compulsory to MetaTrader4/5 or cTrader accounts). If the client has Viking Trader-based accounts only, the funds will be withdrawn to the payment details used for depositing.
RoboForex Viking Trader was only available to International Financial Services Commission of Belize regulated clients and not clients of the Cyprus CySEC regulated office.
Viking Trader has yet to catch on within the retail market to more popular competitor trading platforms and was not accustomed to updates, check out the GUI below:
