MetaQuotes Software, the developer of the popular MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platforms, has earlier this week released a new and updated version of its MT5 mobile application for iOS devices.
The novelties in Version 5.0.1225 of the app include:
- Added support for portrait orientation in the iPad version. Now traders can conveniently view long lists of trading operations, as well as read news and emails.
- Added support for iPad Pro.
- New interface language: Korean.
- Various bug fixes and improvements.
The MT5 mobile application enables traders to connect to brokers’ servers, receive stock prices and currency quotes, analyze financial markets using charts and technical indicators, trade and view the history of their trading operations. The advanced functionalities of the app include high-performance charts, whereas the lineup of technical analysis instruments includes (amid other tools) 30 of the most popular technical indicators and 24 analytical objects.
