The complete corporate transformation that London Capital Group Holdings plc (LON:LCG) has been undergoing since Charles-Henri Sabet provided £17 million of financing to the 30-year established company has taken another step today as former IG Group Holdings plc (LON:IGG) Premium Client Manager Victoria Webb assumes the position of Head of Sales Trading at the company.
The second former IG Group executive to have joined London Capital Group recently, just a few weeks after former IG Group President & CEO IG Markets North America joined London Capital Group as COO, the appointment of a further highly experienced industry professional from one of London’s most prominent firms, is testimony to London Capital Group’s ability to attract top industry talent since its rejuvenation by Mr. Sabet.
Ms. Webb joined IG Group in 2007 on the Client Services Team in London. In 2009, she joined the firm’s Chicago operations, before moving to Extrabet.com at the end of that year as Head of Client Services in London.
Ms. Webb returned to IG Group in November 2010, this time within the firm’s London operations in a Dealer Support capacity, before progressing to Head of Trading Services at IG Group’s Singapore office in 2011.
Two years later, Ms. Webb returned to London, and became Premium Client Manager at IG Group’s London headquarters, leaving the firm in December 2014 and joining London Capital Group this month.
Privately educated Ms. Webb went on to study a BA in History at Cardiff University, from which she graduated in 2006.
