Canada’s leading securities regulator, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), has continued its recent crusade against unregulated binary options brokers.
The OSC has issued two new warnings, the first being against UK-based DSMG Limited, doing business as Binary Brokerz at website binarybrokerz.com, citing as well the company’s affiliate website at brokerz-affiliates.com.
The second warning was for Redtulips Consultants Ltd., doing business as Redwood Binary Options at website redwoodoptions.com.
In both cases, the OSC stated that neither company is registered in Ontario, Canada to engage in the business of trading in securities or advising anyone with respect to investing in, buying or selling securities.
The current warning follows similar warnings the OSC has issued in recent months regarding other binary options brokers including TNT Options, EveryOption, Algo Capitals Limited, Amber Options and OptiCrown.
