Amsterdam based pan-European online broker DEGIRO B.V. has released its trading update for year-end 2017.
High growth rates have continued for DEGIRO. The company ended the year with 246,190 accounts, an increase of 67% compared to the same period last year while revenue rose 55% to just over 41 million euros.
The number of transactions grew by 51% to 14,736,660. This number consists of 12,521,638 retail transactions and 2,215,022 transactions from professional customers. DEGIRO closed each quarter in 2017 with a net profit.
