Clearstream acquires Ausmaq Ltd, enters Australian market

Clearstream, the post-trade services provider of Deutsche Börse Group, announced that it has reached an agreement with National Australia Bank Limited (NAB) to acquire its Sydney-based specialist managed funds services business Ausmaq Limited.
