Global provider of payments services SafeCharge International Group Ltd (LON:SCH) today announced the new address of its registered office. Effective immediately, the new registered office address is changed to: Ground Floor, Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HT.
The move marks the completion of migration process of the company from the BVI to Guernsey.
As a part of the re-domicile, on October 30, 2015, 151,575,515 ordinary shares in the company were re-admitted to trading on AIM. These are the so-called Guernsey ordinary shares that replaced the previously listed BVI ordinary shares.
SafeCharge has noted that it considers that a migration to Guernsey would facilitate a potential move of the company from AIM to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Also, as a company incorporated in Guernsey, SafeCharge will fall under the auspices of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, and will, hence, provide some extra protections to its shareholders.
