Paul Houston to lead CME Group’s FX business

International derivatives marketplace CME Group Inc (NASDAQ:CME) has just announced the appointment of Paul Houston as Executive Director, Global Head of FX.

Mr Houston, who joins CME Group from Deutsche Bank in London, will be reporting to Sean Tully, Senior Managing Director, Financial and OTC Products, CME Group. In his new role, Mr Houston will be in charge of the development, execution and management of CME Group’s FX business globally. He will be based in London.

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2012, Mr Houston led global FX and fixed income prime brokerage teams at a number of banks such as Credit Suisse, RBS and JP Morgan Chase in London and New York. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
