Confirming LeapRate’s Exclusive report from Monday, UK online trading firm London Capital Group Holdings plc (LON:LCG) today officially announced the launch of a new brand and a new spread betting platform.
London Capital Group said that it has consolidated its Capital Spreads and London Capital Group brands under a single global brand identity which will operate as LCG from its new offices at 1 Knightsbridge.
The company has also unveiled the launch of a powerful new multi-device platform called LCG TRADER.
The rebranding forms part of a wider restructuring undertaken by the new senior management team over the last year to reinvigorate the company. The move aims to position LCG as the spread betting provider of choice for those seeking an advanced multi-device trading platform, fast and reliable execution plus industry-leading spreads.
Charles Henri Sabet, Group Chief Executive at LCG said,

The launch will focus on the UK market initially with international expansion and product extension following next. European and Middle Eastern markets are a strong priority for Mr Sabet.
LCG has spent the last 12 months investing in a major restructuring of all parts of its business, from a new senior management team and fresh talent to a clearer strategic focus and new IT infrastructure coupled with the latest trading technology.
The result of this large scale investment will be a better all-round trading experience for the retail client. LCG’s market-leading trading technology will be more accessible and better priced and will feature an improved client on-boarding process with enhanced client service levels.
