Italy’s financial markets watchdog Consob has earlier today issued a warning against binary options firm Titan Trade, offering its services via titantrade.com.
The warning concerns three companies associated with the website in question: Titan Trade Capital Limited, Dom Technology Services Ltd and Titan Trade Solutions Ltd. None of these is authorized to offer investment services in Italy, including via online means.
This is not the first time that Titan Trade sparks regulatory concerns. In March 2015, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) warned that Titan Trade is not authorized to target Ontario investors, and in September last year, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) included Titan Trade in its RED List.
