Goldman Sachs Appoints Former J.P.Morgan Executive As Head of FX Trading

Kayhan Mirza joins Goldman Sachs as Head of Foreign Exchange Trading following fourteen years at J.P. Morgan Chase

International financial giant Goldman Sachs has today announced the appointment of Kayhan Mirza to the position of Global Head of Foreign Exchange.

Mr. Mirza joins Goldman Sachs in this senior executive capacity following a fourteen year tenure within which he most recently served as Global Head of Foreign Exchange Options and EMEA Head of FX trading at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co, where he was listed as a partner.

Goldman Sachs is a prominent industry participant in the retail FX segment, as the company used to have a position in LMAX that it has since relinquished, and is also a strategic investor in British FX firm CMC Markets.
