France’s AMF updates “Black List” of unauthorized binary options brokers

France’s financial markets regulator AMF has earlier today published an update regarding unauthorized binary options firms targeting French investors.

The “Black List” of such companies featured more than 200 names when the previous update was provided in September 2015. Today’s announcement adds 11 new names to the list.

The new sites that have recently been identified by AMF to be targeting French residents without authorization are:

  • www.bankofinvest.com;
  • www.bloomex-options.com;
  • www.groupebinary.com;
  • www.igm-financial.com;
  • www.inglobalmarkets.com;
  • www.londonbrokersoptions.com;
  • www.privat-epargne.com;
  • www.success-bank.com;
  • www.superoptions.com;
  • www.tradarea.com;
  • www.tx-markets.com.

The French regulator reiterates that trading in binary options implies high risks and that checking the regulatory status of a binary options provider is very important.
