A new brokerage has been established in London under the name of Elxi Markets, founded by former TradeNext executives.
Jason Gibson, who spent a year as Head of Trading and Sales at TradeNext has assumed the position of CEO of the newly established Elxi Markets.
Mr. Gibson spent 1 year at TradeNext, a position which was preceded by 10 months as Business Development Manager at ETX Capital.
A one year tenure at AxiCorp in London in a directorship capacity led to Mr. Gibson taking the position of CEO at Elxi Markets.
With previous leadership positions in the FX industry behind him including a directorship at GKFX and executive roles at ODL Securities and City Index preceded by 5 years of floor trading at LIFFE, Mr. Gibson brings a wealth of experience with him.
The new company was co-founded by Ali Homadi, an Emerati investor based in Dubai who is Managing Director of the Homadi Group of Companies and has provided the investment capital to establish Elxi Markets.
Alex Chehade, former Senior Dealer at TradeNext has assumed the position of Head of Trading at Elxi Markets, bringing with him a wealth of commercial experience spanning several firms including Sigma Derivatives, where he spent almost three years as a derivatives trader, followed by a three year tenure as Risk Manager at ETX Capital before joining TradeNext.
Former Client Asset Oversight Officer at TradeNext, Melike Kaynak Pankow, has become Head of Finance at Elxi Markets. Ms Pankow joined TradeNext in 2013 as Financial Controller before being promoted in November 2014. She has over 10 years of accountancy experience within the gaming and online trading industry.
Elxi Markets is a British company, with Companies House listing its incorporation number as 09674386.
