The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) earlier today published a warning against Forex broker Noerus Capital, operating the website www.noeruscapital.com.
The Cypriot regulator notes that the company is not permitted to provide investment and ancillary services in Cyprus, pursuant to Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law, because it has never been authorized by the CySEC. In addition, no notification has been received by a competent authority of another Member State.
The watchdog advises investors to check a designated page on its website to see whether a given company is actually registered as a Cyprus Investment Firm.
