CySEC joins FSC Mauritius in warning on forex broker LiveFX Trader

Today, a joint regulatory warning to potential investors has been issued by Cypriot financial regulatory authority CySec, and its counterpart in Mauritius, the Financial Services Commission (FSC), relating to an unregulated company which is operating in both jurisdictions under the name of Live FX Trader.

The company concerned uses the website https:// www.dionlivefx.com/index.html and potential customers are advised by both reglatory authorities to exercise caution when approached by such an unregulated entity.

The address of the company is incorrectly stated insofar as the address of the FSC Mauritius reads as FSC House, 54 Cybercity, Ebene, Republic of Mauritius. However, the address on the fraudulent
licence appears as FSC House, 54 Cybercity, Ebene, Republic of Cyrus.

The CySEC and the FSC Mauritius hereby inform the public that LiveFX is not and has not at any time been licensed by the CySEC or the FSC Mauritius.
