CLS, a leading provider of settlement services for the Forex market, today announced the appointment of Joe Ziccarelli as Head of Relationship Management, the Americas.
Mr Ziccarelli will be based in New York and will report to John Hagon, Head of Global Operations and Relationship Management. As a part of CLS’s New York-based team, he will develop and lead CLS’s relationship management strategy for the region, with particular focus on participation expansion and enhancing relationships with settlement members.
Mr Ziccarelli brings with him more than 20 years of experience in institutional sales, marketing, operational and risk management. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer (COO) for global FX markets at investment bank and institutional securities firm Jefferies. Before that, he held several senior Forex roles, including COO for Global FX at Bank of America and COO for FX and Global Metals Sales and Trading at HSBC.
