It looks like CySEC is looking for help.
The Cypriot financial regulator has issued today a tender for the purchase of services from outside parties, for the examination of CIF license applications, as well as other licenses and designations issued by CySEC including CIPs, UCITS, AIFs, UCITS, AIFM, and OEEPAP.
CySEC is also planning to outsource the monitoring of licensed companies, and the tracking of substantial changes in licensed companies.
All applications on the tender are due to be sent in by July 6, 2018.
CySEC stated the selection process will consist of its review of both quality of service, and price.
CySEC estimated the value of the overall contract at €600,000.
