XTX Markets recently appointed Serge Harry as Chairman of the Board of XTX Markets SAS, while Geoffrey Damien was named as Managing Director, Head of France.
XTX Markets SAS is the newly created French subsidiary of XTX Markets.
Serge Harry has worked for over 30 years in the financial services industry and was a senior executive at the New York Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange Group, Euroclear and Euronext. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at MTS France, LCH SA and Curve Global.
The new Managing Director, Head of France Geoffrey Damien has moved from Euronext where he was Head of Retail Execution and Head of Product Development and Projects. The two executives will work from the company’s new Paris Office.
