Mainframe expands leadership team with three key new hires

Data intelligence firm Thasos adds Chris Metaxas to its team as CRO

Mainframe, the web3 platform for deploying secure decentralized applications, has announced three additions to the company’s senior leadership team – Pete Abilla, Sarah Wiley and Blake Ferguson – that will based in the Salt Lake City, UT office.

Abilla brings his proficiency in building functional infrastructure around marketing and global demand generation as the Vice President of Marketing and Community. He comes with over a decade of experience in operations management and acquisition marketing working with various startups and legacy companies including Ebay, HireVue and Amazon.com. At Mainframe, Abilla will set the vision and strategy for marketing and community projects.

Wiley, the new VP of Engineering, has over 20 years of experience in coding and software engineering management as a full-stack engineer. Most recently, she was the Chief Technology Officer at The World Table – an online public engagement platform that promotes and measures effective two-way interaction with publishers and communities they serve. Prior, Wiley spent 16 years at Intuit, where she worked on legacy desktop software and highly responsive web apps.

New Senior Product Owner, Blake Ferguson, will lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a number of Mainframe’s flagship products. In past 12 years, Ferguson successfully launched an array of award-winning solutions for Fortune 500 companies and early-stage tech startups, including but not limited to, Verizon Enterprise, Overstock.com, Instructure, Real Salt Lake, Medtronic, MRM-McCann, O.C. Tanner, Intermountain Healthcare, Atlanta Hawks, Myriad Genetics, and 1-800-Contacts.
